Australian & New Zealand orders (2-5 working days)

TEMA MODA offers FREE Australia wide delivery for all orders . We offer quality products and take pride in our service – we endeavour to ship orders on receipt of an order. Should your order be in stock at our Italian warehouse,  please allow a longer lead time for delivery. If we have a delay or problem with the order we will contact you ASAP. We ship with Sendle. The parcel can take from 1 to 6 working days to arrive depending on where you live. Please note that there may be a delay in shipping over sale periods. If you have any special instructions, please make a note of this in the comments box at checkout. We cannot make deliveries to PO Boxes/ Parcel Lockers or dry zones and we will not deliver unless all requested delivery details are given when you place your order.

International Orders (5-14 working days)
We ship Registered Air Mail with DHL and Sendle, the shipping charges will be calculated at check-out. Generally, shipments are delivered to most countries within 6-14 working days, however, due to various countries Customs Procedures, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Please Note:

• Tema Moda will provide you with a printed paid return label. 
• Tema Moda is not responsible for duty/taxes on International order. You are responsible for any duties, customs charges, tariffs or additional charges levied by your country of entry.
• Tema Moda is not responsible for any additional charges once the items ordered have left Australia. Should charges be imposed in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all return delivery expenses that may be incurred by Tema Moda.
• When the returned item is received by Tema Moda, you card account will be credited for the ordered item only.

Please note: Orders Paid by Bank Deposit or PayPal will not be posted until payment has cleared. (This can take from 1 to 3 working days depending on your banking institution.)
