At Tema Moda, every order is prepared with care and shipped via trusted express courier services. We ship worldwide and offer free domestic shipping for handbags within Australia.

Clothing & Apparel

  • Shipped express from our Italian atelier.

  • Estimated delivery: 4–14 business days depending on your location.

  • Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Handbags

  • Shipped domestically within Australia.

  • Free shipping Australia-wide.

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days.

International Orders

All international clothing orders ship express from Italy using DHL, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • United States: 4–14 business days

  • Asia: 3–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 4–14 business days

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to duties, tariffs, or taxes applied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee. Tema Moda is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Dispatch is Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • During peak periods (launches, holiday season, sales), please allow an additional 1–3 days for processing.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Clothing must be returned to our Australian or Italian warehouse.

  • Handbags must be returned within Australia.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

  • To request a return, please email info@temamoda.com.au for instructions.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued for the item(s) only once returned in original condition.

Important Information

  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or “dry zones.”

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or costs arising from incorrect details.

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, couriers may attempt redelivery or leave your parcel in a safe location at their discretion.
