HOW DO I APPLY FOR THE 14 - DAY TRIAL PERIOD?
To apply for the 14-day trial period, simply click the 14-day trial period button on our website identified at each piece of clothing. This will then lead you to add to cart. You will have the option to receive one or up to three pieces of clothing for a fee of $30.00. Upon receiving the clothing, you will have a timeframe of 14 days to decide whether to keep or return the items. If you choose to make a purchase, the $30.00 fee will be deducted from the total price.
CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Yes, you can request to cancel an order, for any reason, prior to delivery. However, once the order is sent to the courier it is not possible to cancel. If you wish, you may return the item once you receive it. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service department as soon as possible – call on +61 426 294 025.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
Tema Moda uses Australia Post and Sendle shipping worldwide to ensure that your items arrive quickly and securely. Depending on the destination and delivery point, it may take up to 2 and 4 days metropolitan areas in Australia and up to 14 days regional. Australia-wide, delivery is free. Standard international deliveries incur a A$35.00 fee and may take up to one month. Express international deliveries take up to 2 weeks. Express delivery can be arranged upon request. Fees are also applicable and dependent upon location. Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
CAN TEMA MODA SHIP TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS IN A SINGLE ORDER?
Tema Moda can only ship to one address. However, if you would like to ship to multiple addresses, then you will need to place separate orders.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER?
Tema Moda can only ship to the address inserted during the order.
DO YOU DELIVER TO P.O. BOXES?
No, due to courier restrictions, Tema Moda cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Freight Forwarding addresses. Orders to these addresses may be subject to cancellations.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
If you require changes to your order: including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, contact our Client Services immediately. We cannot guarantee any amendments to your order. If your order has already been processed, Tema Moda does not accept responsibility for incorrect details entered.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can always return it.
All returns must be shipped back to Tema Moda within 14 days of the package delivery date.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and again once your order has been packed. The packing confirmation email will contact your delivery tracking link. If you purchased multiple items in your order, these may be shipped to you in separate parcels. If this occurs, you will receive a unique tracking number for each shipment. If the case of any delay to processing times for any delivery service, you will be notified by email. If you have any further enquiries, you can reach out to our Client Services who will provide you with an update on your order status.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES TEMA MODA ACCEPT ONLINE?
Tema Moda accepts payments via American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Pay Pal, Shop Pay and Visa.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

WHAT DOES FULL REFUND MEAN?
A “Full Refund” means a refund on fully Priced items only. A “Full Refund” cannot be applied to any discounted item.
I RETURNED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received, we must verify that it complies with our Returns Policy. Once this verification process is complete, then our customer service team will process your refund through the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.
MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED. WHEN WILL I GET A REFUND?
If a cancellation was made prior to the order being processed, and we confirmed by email that your order was cancelled, then we will issue a full refund through the original payment method. Please note that refunds can take several days to process depending on your bank or credit card provider.
IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WILL THE COST OF SHIPPING BE REFUNDED?
Yes, you will be provided with a pre-paid label for you to return your order, please check our exchange and return policy for more information.
Return and Exchange
Tema Moda aims to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact us so we can guide you through the exchange, credit or returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the process for you.
WHAT IS THE TEMA MODA PRODUCT SIZING?
All Tema Moda items have their own individual measurements size guides that can be found on their product pages.
IF A PRODUCT SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE, CAN I MAKE A REQUEST
YES you can request the product to be custom made to your measurements, but this is only dependent on available material. The turnaround will take 2-4 weeks to arrive from Italy.
HOW DO I WASH AND CARE FOR MY TEMA MODA PIECES.
Each individual item has its own care instructions. We recommend referring to the item product page or the care tag in the garment for all care instructions Tema Moda fabric and care information can be found here.
WHAT IS TEMA MODA’S COMMITMENT TO SUSTAINABILITY?
Tema Moda was formed on the principles of sustainability. At Tema Moda, we constantly strive to find innovative solutions, such as our material bags which are made with remnant fabrics. We tend to find ecological Italian fabrics produced with natural fibres, through a protected supply chain aimed at minimising waste, pollution, and with zero exploitation of workers. Sustainability is stitched into every step of the process, from a design model that can be reused to the materials used, the quantities produced, and the final packaging.
